I have been doing genealogy since 1984 when it was suggested to me as a way to  learn how to search for my biological family. I started off by doing the  genealogy for my "adopted" family but in 1986 I was able to find the part of  my life that was missing. My "blood" so to speak. I was able to slowly piece  together some of the family history through the help of my birth mother and  her mother and various other family members. Once I got into the computer  world I was able to find programs to help me in my search for "OUR" past.  Although I have not been able to get all of the lines back as far as I would  like I am proud to say that "ONE" line has gotten back as far as it "CAN" go! Thus the choice of the title. When you get back this far in genealogy the  computer programing has trouble keeping things straight. For instance if the  date of an event is in the year 15bc it won't be recognised unless it has at  least a three digit date. The dates for the first and the most recent events  is out of whack too. The earliest event was the birth of Adam and the most  recent I think would be Grandma Jean Ogorchock's death.
